personal information, making a payment, or using any of our recruitment and placement

assistance services, the candidate agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The candidate is advised to read and understand these Terms & Conditions carefully

before proceeding with registration or payment.

If the candidate has any questions or doubts regarding the registration process,

selected plan, registration fee, service charge, validity period, vacancy assistance,

interview coordination, payment conditions, refund policy, or any other service condition,

the candidate must contact Servizbell Consultancy LLP and obtain clarification before

proceeding.

By completing the registration and payment process, the candidate confirms

acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

Servizbell Consultancy LLP is a recruitment and placement assistance service provider

and acts as a mediator between candidates and prospective employers.

Our services may include:

  • Candidate registration
  • Candidate profile and biodata review
  • Identification of available job opportunities
  • Vacancy information sharing
  • Candidate profile forwarding
  • Interview coordination
  • Candidate follow-up
  • Interview follow-up
  • Employer coordination
  • Joining follow-up
  • Other recruitment and placement assistance services

Servizbell Consultancy LLP is not the employer of candidates referred to third-party

companies or organisations.

Our role is limited to providing recruitment, placement assistance, vacancy information,

interview coordination, and related support services according to the selected plan.

3. REGISTRATION FEE

A registration fee is applicable according to the service plan selected by the candidate.

The applicable registration fee, registration validity, service benefits, and other

conditions may vary according to the selected plan.

The candidate is responsible for checking and understanding the selected plan and its

applicable conditions before making payment.

The registration fee is non-refundable once the candidate registration and related

service process has commenced, subject to applicable law.

Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee employment, interview selection, or

placement within any fixed period.

4. SERVICE CHARGE

A service charge may be applicable according to the service plan selected by the

candidate.

The service charge is applicable for interview coordination and related recruitment

assistance services provided by Servizbell Consultancy LLP.

Where a service charge is applicable under the selected plan, the candidate must pay

the applicable service charge before attending the interview.

The amount, payment conditions, service validity, and other conditions relating to the

service charge will be based on the plan selected by the candidate.

The candidate must understand the applicable service charge conditions before

proceeding with the service.

The applicable service charge is non-refundable once the relevant interview

coordination or related service process has commenced or been provided, subject to

applicable law.

If the candidate has any doubt regarding the service charge, payment conditions, or

related services, the candidate must contact Servizbell Consultancy LLP and obtain

clarification before proceeding.

5. SERVICE PLANS

Servizbell Consultancy LLP may offer different service plans based on different

candidate requirements and service conditions.

Each service plan may have different:

  • Registration fees
  • Service charges
  • Payment conditions
  • Validity periods
  • Service benefits
  • Vacancy assistance conditions
  • Interview coordination conditions
  • Follow-up periods
  • Other service conditions

The services provided to the candidate will be based on the plan selected by the

candidate.

The candidate is responsible for checking and understanding all applicable conditions

of the selected plan before registration and payment.

6. PLAN VALIDITY

Registration, vacancy assistance, interview coordination, job assistance, follow-up, and

other related services will be available only within the applicable validity period of the

selected plan.

The validity period may vary according to the selected plan.

The candidate is responsible for using the available services within the applicable

validity period.

Expiry of the plan validity does not automatically entitle the candidate to a refund,

extension, renewal, or continuation of service.

Any extension or renewal will be subject to the applicable company policies and service

conditions.

7. VACANCY AVAILABILITY

All job vacancies are subject to availability and employer requirements.

Vacancies are created and controlled by the respective employers.

A vacancy available at one particular time may be modified, filled, postponed, put on

hold, or cancelled by the employer at any time.

Servizbell Consultancy LLP does not control the creation, continuation, modification, or

cancellation of vacancies.

Vacancy information is provided based on the information available to Servizbell

Consultancy LLP at the relevant time.

8. VACANCY ASSISTANCE

Servizbell Consultancy LLP will make reasonable efforts to identify available vacancies

based on factors including:

  • Candidate qualification
  • Work experience
  • Skills
  • Job preference
  • Location preference
  • Salary expectations
  • Candidate profile
  • Employer requirements
  • Current vacancy availability
  • Other relevant factors

However, Servizbell Consultancy LLP does not guarantee that every vacancy provided to

a candidate will exactly match all the candidate’s preferences or expectations.

Vacancy assistance will be provided according to the selected plan, plan validity,

candidate eligibility, employer requirements, and availability of suitable vacancies.

9. CANDIDATE PROFILE REVIEW AND PRELIMINARY SUITABILITY

Servizbell Consultancy LLP may review the candidate’s biodata, resume, qualifications,

experience, skills, job preferences, and other relevant information for the purpose of

identifying available job opportunities.

Based on the information available at that time, Servizbell Consultancy LLP may identify

the candidate as potentially suitable for a particular vacancy.

The candidate’s profile may then be forwarded to the employer or the candidate may be

referred for an interview.

Any communication regarding profile suitability, vacancy matching, preliminary

verification, interview eligibility, or interview opportunity is based only on the information

available at that time.

Such preliminary suitability, verification, profile matching, or interview coordination does

not constitute final selection or a guarantee of employment.

10. INTERVIEW COORDINATION

Servizbell Consultancy LLP may coordinate interviews between candidates and

prospective employers according to the selected plan and availability of vacancies.

Interview coordination services may include:

  • Forwarding candidate profiles

Arranging or coordinating an interview does not mean that the candidate has been

selected for employment.

The final result of the interview is determined by the concerned employer or its

authorised representatives.

11. INTERVIEW PROCESS

The candidate is responsible for attending the interview at the scheduled time and

participating properly in the recruitment process.

The interview process and final result may depend on several factors, including:

  • Behaviour and attitude
  • Employer requirements

Servizbell Consultancy LLP does not control the candidate’s interview performance or

the employer’s final recruitment decision.

12. FINAL SELECTION

The final selection or rejection of a candidate is decided exclusively by the concerned

employer or its authorised representatives.

The selection decision may be made by:

  • Owner
  • Managing Director
  • Chief Executive Officer
  • Manager
  • Human Resources Department
  • Recruitment Team
  • Interview Panel
  • Other authorised representatives

Servizbell Consultancy LLP acts only as a recruitment and placement assistance

provider and cannot compel or require any employer to select a particular candidate.

13. NO JOB GUARANTEE

Servizbell Consultancy LLP does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Final selection
  • Job placement
  • Selection within a fixed period
  • Interview within a fixed period
  • Joining within a fixed period
  • A particular company or employer
  • A particular designation
  • A particular salary
  • A particular job location
  • Employment for any fixed duration

Successful placement depends on several factors, including candidate eligibility,

vacancy availability, interview performance, employer requirements, candidate

cooperation, and final employer approval.

14. JOB CONFIRMATION AND INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITY

Any communication from Servizbell Consultancy LLP regarding an available vacancy,

profile matching, interview opportunity, candidate suitability, or interview coordination

should not be interpreted as a final employment confirmation.

Such communication means only that, based on the information available at that time,

the candidate’s profile appears potentially suitable for the vacancy and the candidate

may proceed with the recruitment or interview process.

Final employment confirmation can be provided only by the concerned employer or its

authorised representatives after completion of the applicable recruitment process.

15. SALARY, DESIGNATION, LOCATION AND JOB CONDITIONS

Any information regarding salary, designation, job location, working hours, benefits,

incentives, job responsibilities, or other employment conditions provided before an

interview is based on information available at that particular time.

The final salary, designation, job location, responsibilities, and employment conditions

may vary depending on:

  • Employer requirements
  • Salary negotiation
  • Job responsibilities
  • Work location
  • Company policies
  • Business requirements
  • Other relevant factors

The final employment conditions are determined between the candidate and the

16. CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF VACANCIES

A vacancy may be changed, postponed, filled, closed, or cancelled by the employer at

any time.

A vacancy available when the candidate registers or receives vacancy information may

not necessarily remain available until the date of the interview.

The employer may also consider or offer the candidate a different position, designation,

salary, department, location, or employment condition based on the candidate’s profile,

interview performance, and employer requirements.

Servizbell Consultancy LLP is not responsible for changes independently made by

employers.

17. CANDIDATE’S RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT A VACANCY

Servizbell Consultancy LLP does not force any candidate to attend an interview, accept

an employment offer, or join any company.

The candidate has the right to accept or reject any vacancy or job opportunity.

If the candidate is not selected or does not wish to accept a particular vacancy, further

vacancy assistance may be provided according to:

  • Selected plan
  • Remaining plan validity
  • Vacancy availability
  • Candidate eligibility
  • Employer requirements
  • Applicable service conditions

Rejection of a vacancy by the candidate does not automatically entitle the candidate to

a refund.

18. CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY JOB DETAILS

The candidate is responsible for verifying all important employment details before

accepting or joining a job.

These details may include:

  • Employer or company details
  • Job title
  • Designation
  • Job responsibilities
  • Salary
  • Work location
  • Working hours
  • Weekly holidays
  • Incentives
  • Benefits
  • Accommodation, if applicable
  • Transportation, if applicable
  • Employment conditions
  • Other relevant information

The candidate must obtain clarification regarding any doubts before accepting or

joining the job.

19. CANDIDATE INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS

The candidate is responsible for providing accurate, genuine, complete, and up-to-date

information.

This may include:

  • Name
  • Age
  • Contact information
  • Address
  • Qualification
  • Experience
  • Employment history
  • Skills
  • Resume or biodata
  • Certificates
  • Identity documents
  • Other information required for recruitment purposes

Servizbell Consultancy LLP reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to restrict,

suspend, or cancel services if the candidate provides false, misleading, fraudulent,

incomplete, or forged information or documents.

20. CANDIDATE COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION

The candidate is responsible for maintaining proper communication and cooperation

during the service period.

The candidate should:

  • Attend calls
  • Check messages
  • Check WhatsApp communications
  • Respond within a reasonable time
  • Provide required information
  • Attend scheduled interviews
  • Provide interview feedback
  • Provide joining feedback
  • Inform Servizbell Consultancy LLP about changes in job preferences
  • Inform Servizbell Consultancy LLP if employment has already been obtained

Servizbell Consultancy LLP is not responsible for delays caused by the candidate’s

failure to communicate, respond, cooperate, provide required information, or attend

scheduled interviews.

21. INTERVIEW ATTENDANCE

Candidates are responsible for attending scheduled interviews at the appropriate time.

If the candidate is unable to attend a scheduled interview, the candidate should inform

Servizbell Consultancy LLP as early as reasonably possible.

Repeated failure to attend interviews without reasonable communication may affect the

continuation of services, subject to the selected plan and applicable service conditions.

22. INTERVIEW AND EMPLOYER FEEDBACK

Servizbell Consultancy LLP may contact candidates after interviews to obtain feedback

and understand the interview status.

Servizbell Consultancy LLP may also contact employers to obtain recruitment-related

feedback or information regarding the candidate’s status.

The candidate agrees to cooperate with reasonable follow-up procedures.

23. JOINING AND POST-JOINING CONDITIONS

Before joining any employer, the candidate is responsible for reviewing and accepting

the final employment conditions.

After the candidate joins an employer, the employment relationship is primarily between

the candidate and the employer.

Servizbell Consultancy LLP does not control:

  • Employer management decisions
  • Daily workplace operations
  • Salary payments by the employer
  • Workplace conditions
  • Employee performance evaluation
  • Disciplinary actions
  • Termination decisions
  • Internal company policies
  • Other employment-related matters

Servizbell Consultancy LLP may provide reasonable follow-up or assistance where

appropriate but cannot guarantee the resolution of issues arising between the

candidate and employer.

24. REGISTRATION FEE AND SERVICE CHARGE REFUND POLICY

Registration fees and applicable service charges are non-refundable once the relevant

registration, interview coordination, or related service process has commenced or been

provided, subject to applicable law.

No refund will ordinarily be provided merely because:

  • The candidate changes their mind
  • The candidate changes job preference
  • The candidate changes location preference
  • The candidate rejects a vacancy
  • The candidate fails to attend an interview
  • The candidate is not selected by an employer
  • The candidate obtains employment independently
  • The candidate stops responding
  • The candidate fails to cooperate with the service process
  • The candidate voluntarily discontinues the service
  • The employer modifies a vacancy
  • The employer fills a vacancy
  • The employer postpones or cancels a vacancy
  • The candidate is dissatisfied with the employer’s recruitment decision

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any right or remedy that

cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

25. COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES

Candidates with genuine complaints or concerns should contact Servizbell Consultancy

LLP through the available official communication channels.

The candidate should provide complete and accurate information regarding the

complaint and allow reasonable time for review.

Servizbell Consultancy LLP may:

  • Review candidate records
  • Review available communication records
  • Contact the concerned staff member
  • Contact the concerned employer where appropriate
  • Request additional information
  • Provide clarification
  • Suggest a reasonable resolution

Submitting a complaint does not automatically create a right to a refund.

26. MISBEHAVIOUR AND MISUSE OF SERVICES

Servizbell Consultancy LLP reserves the right, subject to applicable law and contractual

obligations, to restrict, suspend, or terminate services in cases involving:

  • Abusive communication
  • Threats
  • Harassment
  • Fraudulent activities
  • False information
  • Forged documents
  • Deliberately false allegations
  • Misuse of company services
  • Unlawful activities
  • Repeated serious misconduct

Any decision will be based on the facts and circumstances of the particular case.

27. THIRD-PARTY EMPLOYERS

Employers are independent third parties.

Servizbell Consultancy LLP is not responsible for the independent actions, decisions,

policies, promises, omissions, management practices, workplace practices, or

contractual obligations of third-party employers beyond any responsibility imposed by

applicable law.

Candidates are responsible for independently verifying final employment conditions

before accepting or joining a job.

28. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS VACANCY AVAILABILITY

Vacancy availability changes regularly according to employer requirements and market

conditions.

Servizbell Consultancy LLP cannot guarantee that:

  • Vacancies will always be available
  • A particular vacancy will remain available
  • A vacancy will be available in the candidate’s preferred location
  • A particular salary range will remain available
  • An employer will continue recruitment
  • A candidate will receive an interview within a particular number of days
  • A candidate will be selected within the plan validity period

Services are provided according to the selected plan, applicable validity, candidate

eligibility, employer requirements, and available vacancies.

29. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Before making any payment, the candidate is responsible for understanding:

  • Applicable registration fee
  • Applicable service charge
  • Payment conditions
  • Validity period
  • Services provided
  • Service limitations
  • Refund conditions
  • Vacancy process
  • Interview coordination process
  • Employer selection process

If the candidate has any questions, doubts, or requires clarification regarding any of the

above matters, the candidate must contact Servizbell Consultancy LLP and obtain

clarification before proceeding with payment.

30. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

The candidate agrees that ticking the Terms & Conditions acceptance checkbox,

submitting the registration form, clicking an acceptance button, proceeding with

registration, or making payment may constitute electronic acceptance of these Terms &

Conditions, subject to applicable law.

The candidate is responsible for reading and understanding the complete Terms &

Conditions before providing acceptance.

31. DATA SHARING AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

The candidate understands that information provided during registration and payment

may be shared with Servizbell Consultancy LLP and authorised service providers

involved in operating the registration, communication, recruitment, or payment process,

including the applicable payment gateway provider.

Such information will be handled subject to applicable laws, privacy requirements, and

the relevant privacy policies and service conditions.

32. MODIFICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Servizbell Consultancy LLP may modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time

to time due to changes in services, business operations, legal requirements, regulatory

requirements, or company policies.

The applicable Terms & Conditions will be determined according to the terms

communicated and accepted in connection with the relevant service or transaction,

subject to applicable law.

33. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer dispute resolution requirements,

any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at

Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
